Kanto a présenté, au CES de Las Vegas et au Bristol Hifi Show, ses nouvelles UKI, qui devraient sortir au second semestre au prix d'environ 200 €. Ces enceintes actives à liaison Bluetooth, USB et analogique dispose d'un boomer de 7,5 cm, d'un tweeter à dôme de 25 mm et d'une prise casque en façade. Elles seront disponibles en blanc, noir, bleu cobalt ou vert sauge. Leur forme arrondie évoque celle des enceintes de monitoring Genelec. Mais la comparaison s'arrête là, car leurs haut-parleurs sont d'un niveau de qualité moindre. Leurs coffrets sont certainement en matériau synthétique plastique et non en fonte métallique moulée comme pour les modèles Genelec.

A headphone socket makes it an ideal companion for open spaces when headphones are required. Four colours will be available at launch including black, white, cobalt and sage.
